You’ve come to Cornell to learn, grow, discover, and to prepare for the next phase of your life.  Preparing for a career is a big part of this process.

Yet, a career is more than a job, it is work nested in community–a place to not only work, but a place to live, play, contribute and belong to.

This is what makes the CALS New York State Internship Program unique.

This program is a collaboration between the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) and the Community and Regional Development Institute (CaRDI), and is offered to CALS students, across all disciplines.

The CALS NYS Internship Program is an opportunity for you to combine career-relevant work experience with a community engagement project that contributes to the vibrancy of your host community.

We offer a wide range of positions hosted by businesses, agencies, and organizations (in such fields as marketing, human resources, food science, bio-engineering, animal science, biology, communications, business & finance, etc.).

To learn more, join us for one of the two information sessions listed above or see our brochure or visit our website at:  www.cardi.cornell.edu

To see examples of our Summer 2013 student experiences, please visit our website.

Applications for the Summer 2014 Program are due December 2, 2013.
